Chapter 10
श्रीभगवानुवाच नैवेच्छत्याशिष: क्वापि ब्रह्मर्षिर्मोक्षमप्युत । भक्तिं परां भगवति लब्धवान् पुरुषेऽव्यये ॥ ६ ॥
Transliteration
śrī-bhagavān uvāca naivecchaty āśiṣaḥ kvāpi brahmarṣir mokṣam apy uta bhaktiṁ parāṁ bhagavati labdhavān puruṣe ’vyaye

śrī-bhagavān uvāca — the powerful lord said; na — not; eva — indeed; icchati — desires; āśiṣaḥ — benedictions; kva api — in any realm; brahma-ṛṣiḥ — the saintly brāhmaṇa; mokṣam — liberation; api uta — even; bhaktim — devotional service; parām — transcendental; bhagavati — for the Supreme Lord; labdhavān — he has achieved; puruṣe — for the Personality of Godhead; avyaye — who is inexhaustible.
Translation
“Lord Śiva replied: Surely this saintly brāhmaṇa does not desire any benediction, not even liberation itself, for he has attained pure devotional service unto the inexhaustible Personality of Godhead.”
